Jefferson Paving Corp. is a locally owned and operated paving contractor  in Brookville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania.  Jefferson Paving Corp. serves residential, commercial and municipalities throughout western Pennsylvania.  Jefferson Paving Corp. is a second generation paving company.  David Burtner founded Jefferson Paving Corp. in 1982 after relocated his family from Butler, Pennsylvania.  David’s son, Noah, joined the family business in 1996 at the age of 16.  In 2010, Noah took over the business.

    New installation, after the area is first prepared, blacktop is applied with a paver (two layers for new blacktop) and compacted with a roller.

    Patching, saw cut and remove area to be repaired.  Install new blacktop and compact with roller.

  • Chip Sealing

    Single Bituminous Seal Coat
    After the area is first prepared, one layer of oil is sprayed with a distributor and one layer of limestone is evenly spread using a chip truck, then the area is compacted using a roller.

    Double Bituminous Seal Coat
    After the area is first prepared, two layers of oil is sprayed with a distributor and two layers of limestone is evenly spread using a chip truck, then each layer is compacted using a roller.

    Surface Treatment
    After the area is first prepared, three layers of oil is sprayed with a distributor and four layers of limestone is evenly spread using a chip truck, then each layer is compacted using a roller.

  • Hauling

    We have tri-axles to haul limestone, blacktop and lime.
  • Milling

    Milling is the process of removing at least part of the surface of a paved area such as a road, bridge or parking lot.  Milling removes anywhere from just enough thickness to level and smooth the surface to a full depth removal.
  • Driveway Sealing

    We recommend your driveway being sealed with a heavy-duty asphalt sealer the following year after a new installation and then every 2-3 years there after.

  • Crack Sealing

    Sealing cracks helps prevent water from getting into the blacktop and freezing, causing more cracks.  You can extend the life of your blacktop by sealing cracks.
